Yes, our bakers start at 3:00 AM every single morning to hand-craft, fry, and glaze our doughnuts from scratch so they are perfectly fresh when they reach you.

Do you offer nationwide shipping?

Currently, we offer local delivery and nationwide shipping for our 'Doughnut Hole' tins and DIY Decoration Kits. Fresh full-sized doughnuts are available for local pickup and delivery only to ensure quality.

Do you have vegan or gluten-free options?

We offer a rotating selection of vegan flavors every week. While we do offer 'Gluten-Friendly' options, please be aware that all our doughnuts are prepared in a kitchen that handles wheat flour.

How should I store my doughnuts if I don't eat them right away?

Our doughnuts are best enjoyed immediately. If you must wait, store them in an airtight container at room temperature. We do not recommend refrigerating them as it can dry out the dough.

Can I place a large order for an event or wedding?

Absolutely! We love catering. Please visit our 'Catering' page or contact us at least 72 hours in advance for bulk orders and custom flavor requests.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 4 hours of receipt so we can make it right.
